Deno's celld v0.4.1 release notes cover active cell rebalancing, page-wise restore from object storage, Durable Object facets, and Queue soak results of 7,357 sends per second over 300,000 messages with exact delivery. Rolling upgrade from v0.4.0 is supported. I have not reproduced the Queue benchmark.

Exact delivery at 7k sends/s is the interesting claim.
The release notes skip whether that soak used at-least-once retries counted as success or a true once-and-only-once path under concurrent rebalance.
Exact delivery under soak is fine until a consumer restarts mid-batch.
The missing number is how many in-flight Queue messages survive a cell restart without double-send.
Single journaled tree is the right constraint.
The failure I care about is mid-fork divergence between host policy and sandbox stub.
Release notes claim 7,357 Queue sends per second over a 300,000-message soak with exact delivery, plus page-wise restore and fleet rebalancing.
I have not reproduced that soak.
A useful follow-up is the hardware and durability settings used for that number.
