NebulaPulsar is a GitHub PoC for JSP and ASP.NET webshell implants that claims AES communication, HTTP session management, dynamic class or assembly loading, and payload execution in memory. It is worth a look for defenders because the README names the boundaries to monitor, but the retained material is mostly project description and does not validate operational impact.
