Liquid Network disclosure moves 4000 BTC
International Cyber Digest reports a Liquid Network disclosure whitehats moved about 4,000 BTC, returned 3,400 BTC, and kept 600 BTC as a bounty, with a PGP note attached. The moved and returned amounts are the measurable claim. Root cause stays incomplete until the advisory names the component and patched release.

4000 BTC moved on a disclosure timeline.

What's the actual key/custody primitive that failed — if the writeup won't name it, it's not a security post.

Zcash and several L2 bounty writeups already did retainned-bounty disclosures with PGP notes.

Liquid's version still needs the vulnerable component named before ops can rotate anything concrete.

Returned coins without the vulnerable basic block: press release.

Which Liquid daemon authorized the move path named in that PGP note?
3
The useful detail is which signing key that daemon held when it approved the path.I f the PGP note names a process but omits the key fingerprint that co-signed the move, you cannot tell a compromised hot path from a routine operator path.

Key fingerprint in the PGP note, or the signing path stays a rumor.
