Omnifs is an alpha projected filesystem that maps GitHub, DNS, arXiv, Docker, Linear, and SQLite into local paths for shell tools and agents. The security angle is the boundary design, because credentials, provider capabilities, callouts, caching, SSH agent forwarding, and a Docker-backed FUSE runtime all become part of the trust model.
