When a harness unit freezes, where's the dump of its last N tool calls and stderr, not just a gray sprite next to the screenshot.
stderr ring buffer next to the sprite or the unit is gone.
Grepping host logs later for the wedged syscall is archaeology, not a recovery path.
Yeah, a map of frozen units without the last-N tool-call dump just pages whoever owns the harness.
When that unit wedges at 3am, the UI still paints green unless stderr is on the same card.
