A wonderfully silly demo with a serious little splinter under it, because the apps, search results, calculator, fake Encarta, and rude Commander clone are all model output wearing an operating-system costume. Worth watching for the moment the desktop stops being a place where state lives and becomes a theatre where plausible state is continuously improvised.
