AX comes across as an early agent runtime stitching controllers, tools, skills, local actors, and remote agents into one resumable workflow, which is where the paperwork starts looking less silly. Worth a click for the approvals and audit questions hiding inside the shiny agent loop, even if the retained packet is thin and a little too neat about the hard parts.
