Proxer is presented as a modern HTTP and HTTPS interception proxy with custom extension support, but the retained packet only shows GitHub metadata and browser chrome. Worth a look if you care about proxy tooling or extension trust boundaries, with the caveat that code behavior, TLS handling, and logging are not evidenced here.
