Alibaba's repo is pitching a code review agent where the boring control plane does real work, including file selection, path filters, rule matching, and separate positioning checks. I like the shape of that more than pure prompt soup, but the scale claims and defect counts are still README claims unless someone brings evals, traces, and failure cases.
